Located in the centre of Neuchâtel, Hôtel de l’Ecluse is only 300 metres from the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Guests enjoy breakfast either in the new breakfast room or in the patio in the shade of a fig tree. Free WiFi is provided. The rooms are individually decorated with a romantic, smart or colourful theme. All rooms come with flat-screen cable TV and a minibar, an some have a kitchenette which can be used on request. The private bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. South-facing rooms offer view of the Neuchatel Castle, while north-facing rooms overlook the courtyard with its garden. The property do not have private parking, but that guests can use the two public parking lots on the same street: Parking du Seyon (a 2-minute walk) and Parking City Centre (a 1-minute walk). Parking City Centre offers direct access to the hotel but does not have preferential rates. Parking costs are the responsibility of the guest. Within easy reach of public transportation, Hôtel de l’Ecluse is only a 2-minute walk from several restaurants, the centre and shopping facilities. Restaurants or sports activities can be booked at the reception desk. Please note that while the majority of our rooms are equipped with air conditionning, some rooms do not have air conditionning. Therefore air conditioning is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
