Having previously garnered a MICHELIN star at L'Amphitryon in Limoges, chef Richard Lequet is now showcasing his talents in this newly renovated elegant bourgeois mansion. His cuisine is seasonal and uses local produce as much as possible. In the evening, the surprise dinner menu includes dishes such as cod steak on a bed of crunchy fennel, carrot brunoise and smoked pancetta, or supreme of Landes poultry ballotine with carrot tagliatelle and a pea purée. The chef makes his own bread from local flours. Should you wish to extend the experience, comfortable guestrooms are available.
