Chasse Botanique, a former barracks converted into a business centre, is the charming home of Chocolat. You enter through the conservatory where tropical plants grow, and then find yourself immersed in the Chocolat atmosphere in the stylish restaurant. This applies not only to the colour of the décor, but also to Dorus Clement's creative cuisine. He plays with a rich palette of flavours and likes to introduce exotic seasonings into dishes with French flair. For example, he seasons hamachi with yuzu, ponzu and sweet melon, but he also pimps beef tenderloin with a brown stock perfumed with black garlic. If you visit at lunchtime, you can also choose from simpler lunch dishes.
