If you’re on the lookout for a fine-dining experience in the Villa Crespo area of the city and you’re open to discovering new flavours, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Once you’ve rung the doorbell and walked along a corridor, you come to a unique dining space with restrained lighting and a large counter with seating for 20 diners in front of the kitchen, a vertical garden and, dominating the room, a huge Korean traditional costume. Chef-owner Pablo Park offers two contemporary tasting menus: Hanaru, which allows us to delve into the chef's unique culinary world, and Han, a more complete experience (it is seasonal, so it evolves throughout the year with different chapters). A pleasant surprise? His ceremonial Mandu, a generously sized Korean ravioli stuffed with jang-jorim beef tongue, accompanied by white kimchi with purple sweet potato and fruit broth. A wine-pairing option is also available.
