Dal Corsaro has long been the gourmet restaurant in Cagliari, and chef Stefano Deidda continues with this fine culinary tradition. In a classic-style dining room with just a few tables, guests are invited to choose between two tasting menus that differ only in the number of courses offered – the rest is a total surprise, with the chef taking guests on a delightful culinary voyage across the island via his imaginative dishes inspired by whatever local ingredients are available in the market that day. The room next door houses “Fork”, a restaurant run by the same chef which serves lighter, more informal and less expensive versions of his dishes which nonetheless have the same creative flavour.
