A traditional setting reflecting the style of the early 20th century, with photos and documents telling the restaurant’s story, and numerous small dining rooms characterised by wooden ceilings. The restaurant’s traditional-style cuisine features excellent home-made pastas and a typical boiled meat trolley (“carrello dei bolliti”). One of the signature dishes here is rabbit stew served with a generous portion of Carmagnola peppers. In the summer, guests can sit in a welcoming outdoor area adorned with green plants and flowers.
