Right next to Wenshu Yuan Monastery, this restaurant with almost 200 years of history is especially popular among tourists. Diners can see the manicured garden from most tables. On the menu, you can find almost all Sichuanese classics, alongside some refined creations. Try their braised swamp eel with Korean mint and pickled chillies for a combination of sour, sweet, salty and umami flavours. Sichuan pepper free-range chicken is silky and juicy.
