Bewertung des Guide Michelin
By settling in Auvergne, the chef wanted to get back to his roots, and so it was that he came up with the idea of this inviting city-centre bistro. He serves up appetising market-fresh cuisine in a simple setting where you'll feel right at home, all at a price that won't break the bank. This is a place you can count on for delicious dishes prepared from rigorously and simply crafted fresh ingredients. The short menu is chalked up on the blackboard and a simpler lunch deal is available at a snip: salmon trout gravlax with a lovely texture, a hearty magret de canard with black olives, and French toast made with brioche for those with a sweet tooth.
