Nestled at the foot of the Tofana and directly overlooking the ski slopes, a characteristic and romantic mountain lodge with a contemporary touch, whose design manages to combine tradition and modernity, is also a source of inspiration for the cuisine. Recipes with a contemporary taste – such as the excellent Rossini al mare (beef, foie gras, cuttlefish and Teriyaki sauce) – made with considerable use of charcoal grilling, in both summer and winter, and ample use of local raw materials. While the dishes include local influences, chef Federico Rovacchi will surprise you with his remarkable international expertise, offering exciting reinterpretations of historic specialties from great chefs and other countries. The result is a cuisine that is anything but solely intellectual; it is concrete, rich, and flavorful. The wine list features great Piedmont wines, starting with Barolo and Barbaresco (for small groups, be sure to check out the selection of magnums and large formats, well-stocked and varied). For up to 6 people, reserve the area with the fireplace, which is truly intimate!
