Don't expect a sit-down experience at this taqueria that has been open since 1965, as there are no chairs, but metal shelving subbing in for tables does the trick. Charcoal grilled meats are their specialty, and everything is cooked to order. Finished to a medium-well, the bistec enjoys a subtle smokiness from the grill, while the costilla is equally delicious in all of its razor-thin, well-done glory. Al pastor tacos are also a sure bet.
