Although located outside of the city’s old quarter, Cala is well worth a visit, enhanced by its new decor featuring greater levels of comfort and an open-view kitchen. Its updated version of traditional cuisine (showcased on its two tasting menus, Lirio and Cala) champions seasonal ingredients, along with a nod to French cooking.
