Find this unique restaurant on the second floor of the Boulevard Tower at The Cosmopolitan.  Chef José Andrés’ restaurant group has a portfolio of 15 concepts but this spot, unique to Las Vegas, features the cuisines of China and Mexico. Expect items such as dumplings, noodles and tacos served side-by-side. Two of three kitchens here are display kitchens — one with a comal for the preparation of tortilla made from heirloom corn grown in Oaxaca, and the other dedicated to steaming dumplings. The array of enticing antojitos and dim sum is supplemented by ceviche (the young coconut version is highly recommended); and the likes of Cantonese steamed fish and Black Angus carne asada. This spot offers good value, and a tasting menu is also available.
