Frédéric Salpetier (of the starred Héliport Brasserie) rolls out a varied menu that will find favour with fans of pedigree Belgian fare. The flavoursome vol-au-vent is crafted with calf’s sweetbread and fresh morel mushrooms. The chef also adds a personal touch to Belgium’s iconic waterzooi dish, illustrating his ability to subtly reinterpret and embellish perennial favourites. The lunch menu is highly recommended, as is the beverage menu which stars local beers, lemonades and wines.
