The elegant restaurant, which in a way revives the aesthetic classicism (the murals of the Bilbao artist Ignacio Goitia stand out), features chef Mikel Goikolea behind the stove, a man who treasures the experience of having worked in the kitchens of the three-starred Azurmendi.
