Consistent, technically accomplished and high-quality cuisine in an informal setting, where the chef creates Japanese cooking that borders on the traditional while at the same time surprising guests with a fusion of French and Spanish influences. The à la carte (complemented by an Omakase menu option) features a good selection of starters, tasty temaki and nigiri (both classic and fusion-style). Highlights include white prawns with garlic, and spicy tuna with a marrow flan.
