The resort's most luxurious hotel was designed in 1912 by Austrian architect Alfred Keller. The property's gourmet restaurant is now named after him, whose terrace offers a splendid view of Čikat Bay, an ideal setting for a fine dining experience. In the kitchen, Austrian chef Michael Gollenz enhances the best local ingredients with modern and creative dishes that are always balanced in taste and harmony. The technical base is French, but there is no shortage of international influences. Along with a small à la carte selection, tasting menus are offered in the evening. Among the most interesting dishes is the scallop with kohlrabi, hazelnut and pineapple, served with a buttermilk vinaigrette, lemon juice and herb oil – a technically complex dish executed with great precision.
