Their menu, specialising in grilled dishes, attributes its success to the quality of its ingredients, which is why they offer large cuts of wild fish depending on market availability (perfect for sharing) and select cuts of beef (such as Rubia Gallega, Frisona or Holstein) that they age themselves.
