What a pleasure to come across this couple of foodies again! Hervé and Patricia Chardonneau left their Casse-Cailloux in Tours for the heights of this wine-producing village. Hervé proposes "bistronomic" cuisine that draws its inspiration from the seasons and what the markets have to offer. Nice wine list with a focus on organic and natural wines. Separate wine bar.
