At the entrance, the aroma of coffee envelops the café-bistro, where a dedicated kitchen and leafy garden invite leisurely summer stops. Beyond a folding door, the dining room opens up: contemporary, elegant, with soft lighting that frames the gourmet offerings (meat and fish) of talented resident chef Lorenzo Sacchi. Hopping between the à la carte menus, we sampled the turbot with oyster and trinxat of potatoes and Swiss chard: an encounter of marine flavors and vegetal notes, intense and harmonious. The all-female service team is masterfully led by Maria, who stands out for elegance, professionalism, and a seamless rapport that makes every gesture fluid and natural.
