Chef Michael Cooper's Italian American menu delivers the classics (think chicken parm) albeit with some swagger. Start the meal with one of their delicious house-made breads like the gnocco fritto, an Italian fry bread, before tucking into truffle arancini in a rich fonduta sauce. Their house-made pastas are always a hit, as in the bucatini diabolo with its spicy garlic-forward sauce. Round out the meal with butterscotch budino, a classic caramel silky pudding finished with hazelnuts and whipped cream.
