The exclusive Hotel Crillon is home to a luxurious brasserie whose stylish Art deco interior is signed Paul Pairet. Alcove tables and a few seats at the counter opposite the mixologist. An à la carte lineup designed to be shared, hence the splendid cuts of grilled meat, but also a festival of individual dishes: tartare of greater amberjack, prime rib of Hereford beef, gratin dauphinois and cherries jubilee flambéed tableside. Spot-on service, upbeat vibe and reasonably priced given the venue.
