The trio who founded this lively bistro in the Faubourg Poissonnière are certainly not short on bonhomie! In this trendy, distressed decor (hand-scraped walls, marble-topped pedestal tables, glass-paned cellar), the chef has savvily set about creating tasty bistronomy fare without falling for faddish effects: breaded pork croquettes, red onion and chilli chutney; seared mackerel, braised pencil leek, sorrel; dark chocolate mousse, caramel, chocolate crumble... Great atmosphere guaranteed.
