In the welcoming blue and wood-panelled restaurant room, Marine Bert is in charge of service; Yann Placet's domain is the open kitchen, and seeing his handiwork from the handful of counter seats whets the appetite. The chef's main aim is to please, and he won't fail to win you over with his modern bistronomy, eg mushroom millefeuille with a coffee emulsion. Tempting lunch deal; booking definitely recommended for dinner.
