The former HQ of Alain Dutournier (from 1973 to 2023) was famous for its culinary lineup of family favourites with a Southwest France slant. While the moulding and gilded columns remain, the revamped interior now sports a more casual, trendier vibe: open kitchen, vintage furnishings and a cocktail bar with seating around the counter. Chef Sarah Chougnet-Strudel adds a southern tang to the establishment’s score of reliable, wholesome fare (artichoke tortellini, vol-au-vent of cuttlefish…).
