In this 17C bistro, Léa Lestage (also at the helm of a.lea in the 18th arrondissement) crafts an intelligent bistro menu, weaving delicious modern notes into her unpretentious traditional food. The chef takes great care with the presentation of her plates and uses carefully sourced ingredients to deliver precise and flavourful dishes: langoustine bisque spiced with citrus and a fiery aioli; trout prepared two ways, with a sorrel cream sauce; chocolate mousse dusted with fleur de sel and drizzled with fruity olive oil.
