Visitors come to this restaurant for the fresh fish caught in the nearby Ligurian sea, such as the bouillabaisse and clam guazzetto (a type of stew), as well as more modern dishes, such as the scallops braised with peaches, lime and coconut. Meat also features on the menu, including suckling pig with apricots and wasabi, and ravioli del “plin” served with a seasonal sauce. The excellent cakes and pastries are also well worth a mention, as is the bread which is available for purchase throughout the year. In summer, the dining room is supplemented by outdoor tables which offer a pleasant alfresco dining experience.
