Here, contemporary Czech cuisine is crafted from carefully selected ingredients into dishes such as "guinea fowl, morels, cauliflower, spinach, red wine sauce" and "perch, ash-roasted grenaille potatoes, caviar, Brussels sprouts, fermented pepper sauce". In addition to à la carte dishes, there is a five- or seven-course set menu, plus an extremely popular lunch menu. The extensive wine list also features the odd rarity. Staff are cordial, attentive and professional. The appealingly minimalist interior is enhanced by decorative details such as a distinctive wine rack, works of art and modern pendant lights. Thanks to the location in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, it is also very pleasant to sit out on the terrace. Tip: Events are organised here on a regular basis – it is worth checking the website. On a practical note, the restaurant is easily accessible by tram.
