In the heart of a Jura wine-growing village, this restaurant featuring wood, concrete and sheet metal is reminiscent of a warehouse standing out in the landscape of peaceful vineyards. Headed up by chef Vivien Sonzogni and his partner, sommelier Noémie Paris, a new team is now at the helm of this fine dining institution. He draws on his experience to deliver his take on contemporary cuisine, often showcasing local produce (pike soufflé, trout etc) and throwing in the odd creative flourish or Japanese influence.
