A stone’s throw from Montecitorio, the newly opened Corinthia houses Viride, the gastronomic offering signed by Carlo Cracco and entrusted to the kitchen of Alessandro Buffolino, a young Campanian chef with a solid and mature path. The menu reflects a balance between identity and contemporaneity, with particular attention given to dishes for sharing, the true protagonists of the experience: among these, preparations such as the guinea fowl or the grilled veal, designed for two, stand out for their depth of flavour and their spirit of conviviality. Considerable space, befitting Cracco’s declared passion, is dedicated to wine, with an extensive and carefully curated cellar that includes interesting selections offered also by the glass. It is worthwhile entrusting yourself to the guidance of the sommelier team led by Stefania Ruggieri. The welcoming open-air internal garden, of authentically Roman charm, completes it all.
