The vintage interior of this former butcher’s shop established in a splendid Art deco building in the heart of Saint Gilles oozes character by the bucket load. This is also true of the menu which mingles elegant sauces, creative spins and local produce ranging from a head-spinning lineup of ways of preparing carrots to a fine piece of fish laced with subtle Asian nuances.
