This restaurant is run by a pair from Alsace who are passionate about what they do: Benoît Ligabue is a self-taught chef and Thiébaut Flory provides attentive service and spot-on wine recommendations. At this refined restaurant with a focus on the terroir, there is a bistronomy formule (except Fri and Sat evenings and Sun) and a fine dining menu featuring premium ingredients such as white truffles and Muscovy duck.
