Restaurant Sézanne is situated on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Maramouchi. Guests can enjoy a luxurious dining experience in an interior designed by Andre Fu with views both over Tokyo and into the open kitchen. Since April 1st, a new chapter has started for Sézanne: Steve Lancaster, who has gained experience in top rated restaurants around the world, is following Daniel Calvert as Head Chef. Together with his brigade, he reinterprets French classics in a contemporary way, blending local values and global experiences.
