A once-in-a-lifetime experience, welcomed by a tea practitioner and a patissière. The meal begins with a cup of matcha, imbibed while watching a simple tea ceremony. ‘Dessert a l'assiette’, works of patisserie art on a plate, are patiently assembled one-by-one before your eyes. In the manner of French confectionary, recipes are layers of many elements. The sweetness of fruit, the tartness of citrus and vinegar, and contrasting textures are gathered on one plate. The interior, a fusion of tearoom and Western-style house, is altogether novel.
