The top floor of the Lingotto shopping center – a quintessential Turin landmark, once a Fiat factory whose rooftop test track has been transformed into a visitable botanical garden – is the site of an easily reached restaurant thanks to clear signage at the entrance. Once seated, guests may choose from four tasting menus (all available à la carte): the Piedmontese tradition of Radici, the contemporary restraint of Gli Essenziali, the vegetarian Botanic World and the creative Zero/100 km/h, as well as Trust, a ‘blind’ journey guided by the kitchen’s sensitivity. Whichever the choice, the experience turns out to be convincing: solid, harmonious dishes with clear, perfectly-calibrated flavors.
