In the bucolic setting of a converted 17C mill, Frédéric and Irène Molina (Forêt Ivre) cultivate the art of sharing. Their cuisine showcases local produce: ceviche with fish from the lake, fromage blanc seasoned with tomato water and herbs from the garden, diot (sausage) and salsa verde, or wild blueberry tart. Plus, a relaxed atmosphere, vintage tableware and reasonable prices.
