Abutting his first restaurant, chef Xavier Pincemin has opened this trendy bistro that sports a series of adjoining Art deco rooms. He is enjoying himself and, in the process, delights us with a menu of varied influences (tacos, ceviche, tiger beef) and a selection of outstanding matured beef displayed in an ageing cabinet, such as the knockout black Baltic rib steak.
