The snug, smart family-run bistro, which is invariably fully booked, has been taken over by an endearing couple with bags of enthusiasm. Maud’s concise, regularly renewed menu smacks of seasonal, market-fresh inspiration, illustrated by gazpacho of veggies and a creamy burrata or strawberry tartlet flanked by a velvety lemon and basil cream.
