The upper resort (alt. 3,303m), which lies below the stunning summit of Piz Corvatsch (alt. 3,451m), is reached by cable car over the lakes of Silvaplana and Sils. An observation deck (3,057m) offers a fine view of Piz Tschierva, Morteratsch, Palü, Bernina, Scerscen and Roseg to the east, the Engadin Valley to the northwest, and the Jungfraugruppe and Sustenhorn to the west.
