This updated, new age brasserie is the work of a youthful chef and the trendy vibe and slick service are paired with traditional old-school cooking, albeit tailored to modern tastes. Rossini tournedos with a port-flavoured gravy, eel in sorrel and poached brill in a shrimp sauce. An establishment that never disappoints, all the more so as you can also pop in for just a drink or a snack.
