Small by name, but big on ambition! Here we find a hard-working young couple who showcase local produce, among other things. Langoustines and spider crab bisque emulsion; organic Corsican veal in two courses: sweetbreads tartar and roasted loin in a black chanterelle crust… or three-month refined brocciu passu. A real treat.
