The Jonge Dikkert has given a new lease of life to this windmill dating from 1672, with its chic decor, intimate atmosphere and attractive dining room with wooden beams. The chef here focuses on predominantly Dutch ingredients to create carefully prepared dishes with Asian flavours, with a nod to classic cuisine which will surprise and delight guests in equal measure.
