South Africa comes to the Netherlands in this cosy establishment, which resembles a glass conservatory from the outside. Here on the Amstelzijde strip, some big names in the hospitality industry, including chefs and sommeliers, have joined forces in an endeavour to marry the two culinary cultures. Ingredients such as granadilla, suurvygie and goat meat are incorporated into modern creations with distinct flavours.
