The restaurant of the Château d’Audrieu has reopened under the auspices of a youthful chef, Samuel Gaspar, who earned his stripes at Taillevent in particular with Giuliano Sperandio and at Baudelaire. This stately 18C house provides the perfect foil to Gaspar’s elegant cuisine. Crisp, legible recipes made with first-rate, seasonal produce that hit the spot every time. Splendid wine list. The magnificent interior is the epitome of special occasion indulgence!
