Run by the same family for three generations, this restaurant (actually two outlets in the same alley – one with air conditioning, one without) has been serving up affordable, delicious food for over 50 years. The draw is the deservedly famous fried chicken topped with deep-fried garlic, made from a secret southern-style recipe created by the first-generation owner. The generous som tam with seafood is also highly recommended, with a good balance between sweet and sour flavours.
