Creamy sweet potatoes and lime, broccoli tempura and parsley sorbet; hanger steak, barbecue sauce, creamy chickpeas and pumpkin crisps; carrot cake and orange pumpkin ice cream: the menu is strewn with fresh, delicately crafted, deceptively off-the-cuff, creative dishes.
