The restaurant occupies a prime position in the heart of this medieval town packed with old stone buildings and half-timbered houses. Chef Maxime, a local, and his wife Patricia, who hails from Lima, have created a delightful space in which you can sit back and lap up their hospitality. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients treated respectfully so as to bring out their intrinsic flavours, and are sometimes spiced up with a few South American touches (ceviche with tigre de leche, coconut milk etc) and dishes to share (platters of cold meats or cheeses), in a nod to Patricia's Peruvian origins.
