The architects Patrick Bouchain and Loïc Julienne designed the architecture of this unique place with a traditional thatched roof and an exposed roof frame decorated to call to mind a star-studded night sky. The spare restaurant interior has large bay windows that take in the surroundings, which include a small terrace and a lake: a brilliant design! Chef Guillaume Foucault (formerly at Pertica) devises creative cuisine without making any concessions, centred on the naturalness of the ingredients of the Centre-Val de Loire region.
