For over 30 years, David and Helen Everitt-Matthias' brightly decorated restaurant has provided a ‘special occasion’ spot in the historic spa town of Cheltenham. Dishes use the best of British ingredients in classically based French dishes which employ modern techniques and exhibit some original elements. There's a lightness of touch to many, while others display bold, robust flavours. The set-priced lunch and dinner menus offer great value for money.
