Passionate Chef-Owner Jeff Lewis serves many of the dishes from the 12 course tasting menu here himself, with the food informed by his Asian travels and stints at both The Fat Duck and Ynyshir. The approach is to serve creative, complex food made using some modern techniques; the result is original dishes that deliver plenty of punchy flavours. The atmosphere is intimate yet relaxed, and the dining room boasts a striking floor-to-ceiling, graffiti-inspired mural and a brass-topped bar.
