Laurent Lemal unveils the full gamut of his talents in this idyllic seaside venue opposite the picturesque bay and village of Collioure. His distinctive cuisine focused on local ingredients exalts the plentiful fare of Catalonia, with a fondness for finely crafted surf and turf dishes (monkfish from small boats, jus of Vaudovan spices and a biscuit of puffed rice and pistachio…). His wife Julie whips up exquisitely delicate desserts. A made-to-measure dining experience which is designed with the maître d’hôtel, who takes the time to talk to each guest before the start of the meal. The best winegrowers of Roussillon figure prominently on the wine list.
